More links on the Big Brother (waiting for 1985 ) and I am going to state that because I use www.amazon.itemshop.org Amazon.com is planning on blocking me from gaining anything from the referals they get from me because of this (not just via this address) as of Q3-2007. I will keep you abreast of the situation but I will not be supporting a boycott by any site supporters of Amazon if this occurs. It is an outrage that something that benefits them would end up in me being screwed, I prefer the stores of the physical world anyway, but didn’t mind this when needed for time and product access. It’s getting questionable. Things like my shirts , that they do not have, I rather make cash on and have seen anyway.
Trademark rights belong to the creator or commercial artist of Amazon’s logo, constitutionally speaking, and is used to promote Amazon.com products and I do not use the domain name as a subdomain, Amazon River for instance is not owned by the corporate collective. Nor Jeff Bezos.

I agree the domain amazon.com (like me and blackjester.com) belongs to Jeff Bezos as does the business name and for the purpose of selling the products his business conception sells. I never did anything less.
